Voter turnout in the fourth phase of Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh stood at 57.83%.
The constituency that witness the most polling was Kheri district, with 62.74%, made infamous by the mowing down of protesting farmers by a motorcade, allegedly part of Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni’s son Ashish Mishra’s entourage.

As many as 2.13 crore voters exercised their franchise in this phase. Of those 99.3 lakh females cast their vote, while 1.14 crore men voted.
For the 59 seats that went to the polls in the fourth phase, 624 candidates were in the fray.
The remaining three phases are scheduled to be conducted on February 27, March 3, and March 7. The results are to be declared on March 10.
